Actually, the building is ideally located 100 mt far from the `European Blue Flag` beach that certifies the beauty of the coast and the cleanliness of the water. The town of Senigallia, thanks to its strategical position, offers the opportunity of visiting all the most relevant sites of the region located within 1 hour approx., such as Urbino, San Marino, Loreto, Gradara, San Leo, Frasassi Caves, Assisi, Conero Area and many other. Just on the back of the apartment the guests may enjoy a wonderful countryside with both a lot of medieval villages and beautiful mountain bike tracks.

The Area has plenty of bars, restaurants (two of them have been nominated among the top 10 European`s restaurant) ice cream parlous and supermarkets.
Yet, the guest may take advantage of the several Wine&Food trails of the Region Marche and enjoy, for instance, the Lacrima of Morro d`Alba wine (10 minutes driving) as well the Verdicchio wine (10 minutes driving) or Rosso Conero wine (20 minutes driving).
The Attic is situated at the last of the building`s two floors and has both its own private entrance and Garage-parking.

There are also various restaurants within a couple of minute. It is worth to take a walk in Senigallia, a medieval town which is one of the most famous seaside resorts of the Region Marche. Among the most attractive events organized in Senigallia it is worth pointing out the International Jumboree festival the European most important event about Music and Culture of 40`s and 50`s.
Within 30 minutes of the complex, there are many old towns and villages for you to visit. These include among the other:
- Corinaldo, a beautiful fortified hilltop town with views of the Adriatic Sea
- Jesi: Birthplace of Emperor Frederick II, Jesi contains palaces and museums for you to visit.
- Loreto: The town is one of Europe`s most popular pilgrimage sites with the famous Santuario della Santa Casa, where it is believed that angels transferred the house of the Virgin Mary from Palestine in the 13th Century.
- Ancona: The Provincial capital is a mixture of ancient and modern sites. There are museums and churches to visit, including the Galleria d`Arte Moderna.
- Slightly further, afield, there are beautiful towns like Urbino which is one of Italy`s best-preserved and beautiful hill towns, rich in artistic and historical sites.
- Fano: a roman ancient seaside town known as Fanum Fortunae.
- Macerata: an impressive town with its famous open-air theatre, which stages an important summer Opera Festival.
- The national park of Monte Conero;
- The Gola della Rossa and Frasassi are both within easy reach. Grotte di Frasassi are Europe`s biggest known caves, containing a spectacular display of stalactites and stalagmites, some of them 1.4million years old. Guided tours are given along a 1.5 km long trail, viewing five of the chambers
